The Bryant's
The Bryant home is situated on a beautiful lot with gorgeous Cascade views in Sisters Oregon. I was lucky enough to work on their home twice, the first was the initial build. I worked under the General Contractor/Builder, he was a builder that I admired and learned so much from over the years. We set up a solid foundation to carry this custom framing project. The house was situated perfectly and featured a built-in upper deck to take full advantage of the panoramic views of the Cascades. They chose concrete siding with timber frame accents. I later came back to build a timber framed pergola that added to their outdoor living area. The Bryant’s were great people that I enjoyed helping.
The Heagen's
The Heagen home is one of my carrier highlights. Ed had a vision and a plan when we met. As soon as I looked it over, I knew it was going to be a special build. As the project progressed, they made great choices with a true eye for detail that was on point. We brought the log cabin feel alive, but with the efficiencies that you find in a modern home. It was a great experience to work with the Heagen's and I appreciate the trust they put into us. They were only able to visit off and on during the building. I would send them daily photos and updates. Amazing people and a great experience!
The Fahrner's
Working with the Fahrner's was a great experience for me. It was my first insurance job and I learned so much from the process. Upon our first meeting I realized it would be a delicate remodel to help these amazing people rebuild their home. I made a few custom improvements along the way and were able to make the rebuild fun after a difficult experience. They were great homeowners to work with!
The Hemphill's
Meeting and working the Hemphill's was a great experience. The Hemphill's were owner/contracts that were building their vision, they just needed a good start. I came in after they had removed an existing building that was in rough shape. I did the groundwork and set up a solid foundation. I framed their home to create a tight envelope for them to work with. During framing I was able to make some subtle changes, so it came out just right for them, this included log posts for character. It was a fun project!
